• Your apartment will be available to you from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please check out by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
• You might not like to spend your holidays without your pet, but please understand that we cannot allow any pets in the Residence.
• In line with our philosophy of natural living we request you to refrain from smoking in the entire building. Thank you for your understanding.
• Settlement of bills: We accept cash as well as payment by Eurocheque, EC Card or Credit Card (Visa, Master Card).
   
•  Cancellation
  In case of cancellation up to 22 days before arrival no penality will be charged.
  
  In case of cancellation after 21 days and up 7 days before arrival, we reserve the faculty to withhold the deposit sent us.
  
  In case of cancellation after 6 days before arrival, no show or anticipated departure we shall feel free to keep you the total amount.
